Red Deer has many walking trails, indoor and outdoor facilities. as well as numerous recreation areas. Canyon Ski Hill is 15 minutes from the city of Red Deer.
Red Deer Catholic provides a quality homestay program that focuses on student care and attention as part of the family. Students are provided with their own bedroom and access to a computer. They are also provided three meals a day in a family environment.
