In the Toronto Catholic District School Board, we take great pride in serving the diverse needs of students and their families. In community with parents, local parishes and our educational staff, TCDSB schools offer safe and caring learning environments, which reflect Catholic tradition and values. We envision students who are formed in Catholic faith; apply Christian values to life’s opportunities, challenges and choices; pursue academic excellence and strive to be the best they can be.
At the heart of Catholic education is the person of Jesus. Faith development is integral to every part of Catholic education, as students are called to respect the dignity of all human persons in a caring community. We looked forward to welcoming new students into our vibrant Catholic system!

Toronto is the largest city in Canada, and one of the most multicultural in the world. It is also the cultural, entertainment, and financial capital of Canada. Students will thoroughly enjoy their time in our city, immersing themselves in the culture, and improving their English language skills while they work towards an Ontario Secondary School Diploma. We invite them to explore the many educational choices and opportunities to excel and succeed in a unique and rewarding environment.
In partnership with Canada Homestay International, we provide students with exceptional placement for their time in Toronto. Homestay families are matched with each student based on personality, and on the basis of proximity to school and homestay family address. International students are welcomed into the home with open arms and treated with the same respect and care as a family member to ensure the best possible experience.
The TCDSB is a diverse school board that offers a wide variety of extra curricular activities and clubs. For students interested in the arts, our schools give them the opportunity to focus their studies on the dramatic arts, visual arts, media arts, dance, vocal and instrumental music. For students interested in post secondary school, our schools have IB program opportunities. We also take great pride in our academic programs; with focuses in English, Mathematics, Sciences, Religion, Philosophy, Business and Information Technology. We even offer programs in Food and Nutrition, Family Studies, Fashion Studies, and Carpentry.
All of our schools also boast clubs designed to suit the students’ interest – from chess and trivia clubs; to sports teams ranging from basketball, volleyball, baseball, hockey, soccer, and many more! We encourage students to participate in these exciting initiatives, guaranteed to ensure and enrich their time in Toronto.
