Edmonton Catholic Schools

The Edmonton Catholic School District provides high quality education in a faith based learning environment. We welcome students from all over the world and embrace all faiths.

With exceptionally well trained teachers and a strong commitment to individual achievement and success, our goal is to inspire students to learn and to prepare them to live fully as global citizens.

At Edmonton Catholic Schools, we boast a reputation of academic excellence and student support. Our students consistently do well on provincial exams and many go onto post secondary studies.

We have a superb international student program that includes English as a Second Language support for all grade levels. International advisors at school work closely with students to ensure their academic, social and emotional needs are taken care of. Each high school student is set up with an educational plan and goals are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure success.

Our programming follows the prestigious Alberta curriculum. International Students have a variety of programs to choose from including Academic Program, English as a Second Language Program (ESL), Short Term Program, Advanced placement (AP), Sports Program (Soccer, Hockey, Baseball, Golf) and Fine Arts Program (Music, Visual Arts, Drama and Dance).
