purposefully identifying, discussing and navigating issues of racism and the impact it has on our association and its people.
holding ourselves, our communities and stakeholders accountable to gain a better understanding, recognize and act against any inequities.
learning about and supporting all people and communities regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, ability, identity, orientation and perspective.
developing and working with our Board of Directors and Understanding & Combatting Racism Committee around strategies that address racism within the broader academic and business communities to which CAPS-I is connected.
