Language
Canada is a bilingual country with 2 official languages – English and French. The majority of the Francophone population in Canada resides in Quebec however there are many other French speaking communities.- For example, CAPS-I has Francophone school board members based in the provinces of Ontario and New Brunswick. There are also many French Immersion programs and French language courses offered throughout the country.
Students can choose to study in either of Canada’s official languages. They might also be interested in studying one semester in English and the next semester in French!
